Orlando home sales in February 2011 were up 5.68 percent over February 2010- Sales of existing homes within the entire Orlando MSA in February were up by 10.50 percent when compared to February of 2010
- There are currently 13,480 homes available for purchase through the MLS. The February 2011 inventory level is 16.02 percent lower than it was in February 2010 (16,051). The current pace of sales translates into 6.47 months of supply; February 2010 recorded 8.14 months of supply
- Condo sales in the Orlando area increased by 2.14 percent in February when compared to February of last year. Duplex, town home, and villa sales increased 39.75 percent
The median price of all existing homes combined sold in February 2011, $96,000, is an 8.57 percent decrease from te $105,000 median price recorded in February 2010.
